DataCentering.com / Order desk

The future of AI has a local address.

Every data center now passes two gates: the people next door and the grid connection. We find the power that already exists under old industry, prove it in writing, and win the neighbours before the hearing.

Three services are selling today. Order here and we email a PayPal payment request within one business day.

How ordering works

No card is taken on this site. You order, we confirm, and PayPal handles the payment.

  1. Place your order

Two minutes on the form for the service you want. Every order gets a reference number and a summary by email.

  2. We confirm and send a PayPal request

We check the details, confirm fit, and email a PayPal payment request for the exact amount shown, usually within one business day. Pay by card or PayPal balance; no PayPal account is needed.

  3. Work starts when payment clears

Your confirmation says what happens next and when. Prices are in US dollars, each order is prepaid, and the DataCentering.com terms of service apply.

Pilot / For owners of powered property

Power buyers don’t read listings.

Put your powered property in front of data-center buyers your agent cannot reach, with a site book that says only what has been verified.

Site Book ten business days

An 8 to 12 page site book in the buyer’s language: service size, feeder, fibre, permitted use, cooling route, each fact labelled reported, confirmed or locked. Owner and agent branded.

Buyer match

Up to 50 data-center buyers, operators, neoclouds, developers and capital, selected by size class, region and timing.

Calls and briefings 60 days

Up to 50 calls placed by DataCentering to matched buyers to introduce the site book, plus email briefings. A buyer who asks to see the property, discuss terms or make an offer is passed to your licensed agent or our licensed partner.

Weekly report

Calls placed, buyers reached, what they asked, and what the record still needs.

Each fact is labelled with how well it is known. Buyers, lenders and utilities now ask for exactly that.

The owner’s arithmetic

Reported is not confirmed. In Memphis, a plant had 8 MW on day one; reaching 150 MW took a utility board vote, a US$24 million substation and about eleven months. The difference between reported and confirmed is where deals are won and lost, and the Site Book writes it down for the buyer.

If you do not have a listing agent yet, we help you interview and choose one, or introduce our partner.

The call script: read and approve now, or later by email

Hello, this is [caller name] from DataCentering, calling on behalf of the owner of [the property address]. The owner has prepared a verified site book for data-center use covering the electrical service, feeder, fibre, permitted use and cooling route. Each fact is labelled reported, confirmed or locked, so you know exactly how well it is known. Would it be useful if I sent you the site book? If you would like to see the property, discuss terms or make an offer, I will connect you with the owner’s licensed agent, who handles all of that.

Nothing is charged yet. A PayPal request follows by email.

Why powered buildings

New power takes years. Existing power takes months.

4 to 7 yearsDominion’s wait for new loads above 100 MW in Northern Virginia, with about 70 GW in its queue.
2032 and laterComEd’s delivery timelines for large loads around Chicago, in CBRE’s words.
302 GWof requests ERCOT threw out of its first large-load study: 373 projects that could not prove they were real.

A site that already has power skips the wait. Operators with balance sheets have proven the trade on old industrial sites:

Hawesville, Kentucky

An idle aluminum smelter with about 480 MW. Bought in February 2026; leased to Anthropic in July: 401 MW, 20 years, about US$19 billion.

Lake Mariner, New York

A retired coal plant site with 250 MW. Fluidstack signed 200 MW for 10 years, about US$3.7 billion, with Google standing behind the lease.

Dalton, Georgia

A vacant factory on a municipal utility in the carpet capital. CoreWeave: 12-year contracts worth US$10 billion and more across about 590 MW.

Kansas City, Missouri

A newspaper printing plant. Nebius had its first 5 MW live within a month, “at a fraction of the cost”.

The next ones are being found now. Site Launch puts owners in front of the buyers; Prospecting Desk puts the firms that build in front of the developers.

Pilot / For the firms that build, design, advise on and list data centers

Trades can’t reach the builders. We can.

We find the developers and site owners turning powered buildings into data centers in your territory, and we call them in your name.

Your target list refreshed every month

Developers, site owners and active projects in your territory and category, built from permit filings, utility large-load applications, rezoning and council hearings, powered-site listings and press. You approve it before the first call.

Calls in your name

50 or 100 calls placed a month from a script you approve, by callers who speak power, fibre, cooling and permits. A call is placed when we reach a contact, or leave a message and send a follow-up email.

Emails in your name

A follow-up to every contact we reach, with your capability brief, practice profile or listing credentials attached.

Same-day hand-offs

Anyone who wants to meet, receive a proposal, retain you, list a property or be called back is passed to you that day, with the notes.

Built for

  • Electrical, mechanical and structural engineers
  • Architects, planners and designers
  • Electrical and mechanical contractors
  • Generator, UPS, switchgear and cooling suppliers
  • Fibre and network builders
  • Commissioning, security and environmental consultants
  • Modular and prefabricated data-center vendors
  • Law firms in real estate, energy, land use and Indigenous relations
  • Commercial real estate agents and brokerages

Why it works

Our callers speak power, fibre, cooling and permits, so the conversation starts where your buyers and sellers live. Lists come from data-center signals, not a purchased database, so you reach people while projects are forming. With exclusivity, every contact hears from one firm in your category, or one brokerage in your territory, that month, so your pitch stands alone.

  1. Order a package

Setup is charged once, on your first order that includes calling.

  2. Approve your list and script

Both are ready within ten business days.

  3. Calling runs through the month

Hand-offs arrive the same day. The report lands every Friday.

  4. Renew when you want the next month

No contract. Your setup stays on file and your list is refreshed.

The first gate

The people next door decide first.

“Readiness means all the permitting and approvals that are required, and the community support.”

Karen Fang, Bank of America, to Reuters, August 2026
$198Bof US data-center projects blocked or delayed in the first half of 2026, across 49 states.
71%of US adults oppose a data center near them.
4 to 1County boards have been voting four to one against data-center campuses.

We help developers hear those concerns early and answer them before the hearing.

Community Engagement as a Service

Win the room before you need the room.

Data-center projects increasingly live or die on community acceptance. CEaaS turns engagement from a scramble into a plan: measured, budgeted, and started early.

Opposition-risk read

What people near the project are likely to object to, how organised they already are, and how similar projects in the region have fared at the hearing.

Stakeholder map

Residents, councils, neighbouring businesses, utilities, schools and the groups that speak for them, with what each one is likely to ask for.

Engagement-plan outline

Who to talk to first, what to put on the table early, and how to run listening sessions and the town hall so the questions are answered before the vote.
